This middle-aged 45 year old woman disliked her fatty deposit at her neck area. She had good skin elasticity and her face did not have any sagging. She did not need a full facelift. Limited liposuction under local anesthesia with removal of 25 cc of fat at her neck area achieved what she was looking for with minimal down time from work.
