Note: This is a 46-year-old spokesperson with significant hereditary puffiness of lower lids and mild fullness of upper lids. Conservative resection of excess skin and lower lid fat pads improved her appearance.

Note: She is a 56-year-old woman who underwent upper and lower eyelid surgery.
Blepharoplasty Example 3*
Note: This middle-aged woman has moderate blotchy hyperpigmentation skin from sun damage. In addition, she had lost quite a bit of weight and had resulting laxity of the facial skin. She underwent upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty and facelift and subsequent IPL skin treatment. She was very happy with the dramatic improvement.

Note: Note in the pre-op pictures that she has deep creases at her forehead due to chronic attempts to raise her eyebrows as well as the deep nasolabial folds (the “parenthesis” lines) and skin folds at her jaw line. After facelift, upper and lower eyelid surgery and brow lift, significant improvement occurred.
Blepharoplasty Example 5*
Note: She has noticeable bagginess at her lower lids which gave her the tired look. Excess fat pad and some excess skin needed to be removed. Lower blepharoplasty was done. She appeared be much more rejuvenated.
Blepharoplasty Example 6*
Note: SSome people have hereditary fat pads under the lower lids. This often gives them the tired look. Her significant excess lower eyelid fat pads and mild excess skin were addressed with subciliary lower blepharoplasty with the incision just below the eyelashes.
Blepharoplasty and Neck Rejuvenation Example
Note: The patient has mild upper lid skin and mild medial fatty excess. The patient has moderate lower lid skin and significant fatty excess. I feel the patient is a good candidate for lower blepharoplasty. She also underwent neck Z-plasty to tighten her neck.
