Regarding her abdomen, she was unhappy with the excess skin despite her amazing weight-loss transformation. The patient had skin hanging downward in a vertical vector, and also had excess skin in a transverse vector. Given these two findings, she elected to have a Fleur-de-Lis body lift, with an incision going around the body like a belt and also vertically in the midline.
