This massive-weight-loss patient came in with concerns about her breasts, abdomen, buttocks and upper back region. Regarding her back, she was unhappy with the excess skin and wrinkling of the mid-back, especially visible in a bathing suit or bra. This skin was also wrinkling onto the sides of the chest, so she elected to have a Breast Lift at the same time as the Bra-Line Back Lift.
The patient also underwent a Fleur-de-Lis Body Lift during the same operation.
