Age:61
Note: This woman came in to discuss a plastic surgery operation that would make wearing a bikini top easier. She took issue with extra skin spilling over the bra strap and also wrinkles in the mid-back region.

This patient also had a breast reduction during the same operation.

Age: 52
Note:
This weight-loss patient came in with concerns about her breasts, abdomen, buttocks, arms, thighs and upper back region. Regarding her back, she was unhappy with the excess fatty deposits and folds from deflated skin after weight loss.
She first underwent liposuctioning of the area at the time of a body lift, and then came back and had a bra-line back lift. Her back lift incisions connect to her breast lift incisions to smooth out the lateral chest contour. Note the fading scar that will conceal well beneath a bathing suit or brassiere.
This patient had multiple staged procedures beyond the back lift including a body lift, staged thigh lift with liposuction, arm lift, breast lift with reduction for symmetry and a Brazilian butt lift to restore her body proportions.
Notice that over the course of her journey, the patient kept up her activity level and fitness and maintained her new body with a healthy lifestyle.
