Note: This patient was bothered by breast asymmetry. She felt her asymmetry was apparent even in a bra and her chief goal was to feel more comfortable in clothing and swimwear. She wanted to avoid a lift if possible. She elected to have asymmetric implants with the understanding we were counting on her skin to stretch out with the larger implant and that she might need a lift later if her nipple asymmetry bothered her.

After augmentation alone, her asymmetry is much improved and her goals of looking great in swimwear and clothing are achieved. Her nipple height asymmetry is also improved to the point she ultimately decided a lift was not necessary.

Her saline implants are under the muscle with an under-the-breast incision.
