After augmentation alone, her asymmetry is much improved and her goals of looking great in swimwear and clothing are achieved. Her nipple height asymmetry is also improved to the point she ultimately decided a lift was not necessary.

Note: She presents a common finding in women who have lost breast volume after childbirth. There are some stretch marks and some droopines (ptosis). In her case, the left breast is smaller and higher than the right breast. Note that augmentation alone corrected her volume and ptosis nicely although her right breast is still a bit lower. She is perfectly happy with that.

Note: She desired to go to a C/D size with silicone implants. Ptosis of right breast is 2.5 cm and left breast is 2 cm. There are 4 cm areola diameter. There is constrictions at the narrow bases of the breasts, consistent with tuberous deformity. We performed breast augmentation after scoring the underside of the breast to increase the width and crescent lift to raise the areola position.
