Notice her new breast shape, new nipple position, and a smaller yet perky look with little to no skin-on-skin contact. Her incisions are only several months old and pink but will fade over the years to be barely noticeable.

After a long discussion about the differences in results and recovery between liposuction alone vs. liposuction with a tummy tuck, she chose to have liposuction of the abdomen, flanks and inner thighs without a tummy tuck.

The patient went from an F cup to a DD with alleviation of her neck and back pain. Her confidence got her back in a bikini for the first time in years!

Note:This woman came in to discuss a plastic surgery operation that would alleviate her neck and back pain from having large breasts, and also make a bikini top easier to wear. She was particularly bothered by skin bunching up beneath the bra strap in the back.

Her cup size went from an F to a DD. Her scars are still in the maturing phase but she can now wear a bathing suit top without having extra skin spilling over the strap. Her neck and back pain is improved and her only wish was that she would have done it sooner!
