Gynecomastia Case 30181
Age:31
Note: This patient came in desiring improvement in his chest. He had breast gland that had gotten more prominent after taking prohormone supplements and then also gaining some weight. His weight had stabilized but he was still left with gland, particularly noticeable with his shirt off, or even in tight shirts. He underwent liposuction of the chest and gynecomastia surgery with removal of gland.
Notice the flattened chest contour and no incisions required around the areola region. The side and 45-degree photos show the most dramatic improvement and now the patient can take his shirt off with confidence and wear tight-fitting shirts with breast tissue no longer distracting.

Albuquerque Gynecomastia 30129
Age:31
Note:This gentleman had excess breast glandular tissue since his youth that was made more visible as he leaned out. He elected to have liposuction of the fatty tissues at the same time as excision of the excess gland.
Notice there are no scars on the areola as the glandular tissue was removed through the liposuction port sites that are 4mm in length and will ultimately fade to look like small mole-removal scars. The fold of skin beneath the glandular tissue that was causing some 'sagging' has been eliminated after surgery with a masculine, smooth contour.
Tighter clothes fit better and he is comfortable taking his shirt off on the beach after surgery.
