Gynecomastia Case 30354
Note:This patient came in with concerns of extra chest skin and sagging after weight loss. He underwent a chest contouring procedure with removal of gynecomastia tissue and extra skin with nipple grafting. This patient also underwent an arm lift.
Notice his smoother chest with no more hanging skin and new nipples placed in a higher and anatomic position. His scars are still pink at 4 months and he is ready for tight clothes and a smooth and masculine look.
Gynecomastia Case 30181
Note: This patient came in desiring improvement in his chest. He had breast gland that had gotten more prominent after taking prohormone supplements and then also gaining some weight. His weight had stabilized but he was still left with gland, particularly noticeable with his shirt off, or even in tight shirts. He underwent liposuction of the chest and gynecomastia surgery with removal of gland.
Notice the flattened chest contour and no incisions required around the areola region. The side and 45-degree photos show the most dramatic improvement and now the patient can take his shirt off with confidence and wear tight-fitting shirts with breast tissue no longer distracting.
Gynecomastia Case 30180
Note: This patient came in desiring improvement in his chest. He had some extra gland that was feel-able and also see-able, especially in tighter shirts, and had been present since middle school. He underwent gynecomastia correction surgery with chest liposuction. Notice the sleek improvement in his chest contour, especially in the 45-degree photos. Also notice there is no incision around the nipple, unlike traditional gynecomastia techniques.
Gynecomastia and Liposuction Case 30161
Note: This gentleman had lost weight with diet and exercise, but still had some stubborn fatty deposits and some extra chest tissue. His goals were to have the tissue removed and have some liposuction of the most stubborn areas to keep his body transformation moving along.
Notice the thinner midsection, flatter chest, and that there are no scars on the areola as the glandular tissue was removed through the liposuction port sites.
Tighter clothes fit better and he is has lost inches of fat and is back in the gym doing all the things he wants to do.

Albuquerque Gynecomastia 30129
Note:This gentleman had excess breast glandular tissue since his youth that was made more visible as he leaned out. He elected to have liposuction of the fatty tissues at the same time as excision of the excess gland.
Notice there are no scars on the areola as the glandular tissue was removed through the liposuction port sites that are 4mm in length and will ultimately fade to look like small mole-removal scars. The fold of skin beneath the glandular tissue that was causing some 'sagging' has been eliminated after surgery with a masculine, smooth contour.
Tighter clothes fit better and he is comfortable taking his shirt off on the beach after surgery.
Note: This gentleman bas not only excess glandular tissue and fat, but also some excess skin. At 60 years old, the skin is not likely to shrink back enough. Therefore, inframammary (under-the-crease) incision is used to remove the excess glandular tissue, fat and skin.
Note: This patient had lost 50 pounds two years ago but still had significant excessive breast
tissue. No history of anabolic steroid use.
Note: This man had prominent glandular tissue behind the areolae. Resection with small incisions and feathering liposuction gave him the results that he desired.
