Note: This patient came into the office desiring improvement in her neck. She did not want to look operated or €˜done€™ but was interested in having more of a jawline and a more pronounced neck line. She underwent lipo of the neck and a neck lift.
Notice there are no signs of surgery in the after photographs, but her jawline is certainly visible now, she has a sharper angle to the neck, and she still looks like herself.

Note: This patient came in desiring correction particularly for his neck. He had extra skin and fat as well as jowling that was making him look older.
We discussed doing a face and neck lift as well as adding some volume to the cheek region to give him a more youthful but still masculine, and not-operated look.

This patients' chief goal was to not look operated or 'done' and to have a natural result where people could not tell she had an operation. She wanted to avoid the 'windswept' look and is happy with her natural look, thinner and tighter neck, with no more jowling.
