Albuquerque Rhinoplasty, or the nose job, varies from simple removal of a hump to extensive reshaping of the dorsum and tip of the nose. It can also be combined with septoplasty to improve breathing difficulty.
Rhinoplasty Case 30342
Note: This patient came in with concerns of a nasal bump and a nose that was too large for her face, as well as a deviated septum. She underwent a rhinoplasty with septoplasty.
Notice her bump is gone, her septum is in the midline now, and her nose is smaller and more balanced to her face. This is a 12-month result photo series.
Rhinoplasty Case 30338
Note: This patient came in with concerns of a nasal bump and facial proportions that were out of alignment. She underwent a cosmetic rhinoplasty with septoplasty.
Notice her bump is completely gone with a straightened nose and a subtle rotation. She still has some residual tip swelling that resolves with time. Rhinoplasty tip swelling may last years in some patients.
Rhinoplasty Case 30174
Note: This patient had a history of nasal trauma and felt her nose had a bump that got worse after trauma and was also too large and wide for her face. She underwent a rhinoplasty with filing down of her bump on profile view, and slimming the bridge of the nose and refining the nasal tip.
Notice her slimmer look from the front and an overall more petite and refined look. These are 3-month results and will continue to slim and refine for up to 1 year.
Rhinoplasty Case 30144
Note: This patient was mostly bothered by the bump on the dorsum of her nose. She also felt she had too much fullness under her chin area. She chose to have a rhinoplasty including refinement of the tip, removal of the dorsal hump and liposuction of the neck.
Her results are at 3 months shown here, and the nose will continue to contract some and soften subtle irregularities until 12 months.
Rhinoplasty Case 30128
Note:This patient was bothered by the bump on profile view of her nose as well as some curvature when looking from the front. She underwent rhinoplasty and septoplasty to make subtle changes to her nose. One major concern of the patient was not to look operated or have a 'done' appearance and to maintain a result that was still her own nose with an improved appearance. The patient was counseled that some of her curve was due to deeper bony structures and would not be approached at the risk of being overdone.
Notice the straighter appearance with a more symmetric tip, removed bump on profile view, less visibility of the columella after surgery and a more defined angle between nasal base and upper lip.
Rhinoplasty or Nose Job Example 3*

Rhinoplasty or Nose Job Example 2*
Note: She had a significant dorsal hump and tip drooping. The nose also appeared to be too long. She underwent open rhinoplasty with dorsal shaving, infracture, dorsal refinement, and upward rotation of nasal tip.
